Hi my name is Ricky and I am currently writing a comic book and I am looking for an artist or creative team to collaborate with. The project requires not only talent but style and a feel for the dramatic.There is a lot of room for creativity on the artists part to keep things interesting. This project is one that I feel would be both challenging and rewarding for all involved. Of course as of right now I can not offer any money for working on the project, but I feel that this project has potential to be successful and all profits will be split evenly among everyone involved.

A brief summary of the project:

A boy runs away from his family who own and operate a circus in a desert just outside a major city. The boy runs away to the city because he feels he does not belong in this absurd world, but he quickly learns that the absurd isn't escaped so easily. Eventually the boys family enter the city in grand circus fashion to find the boy and bring him home. Hilarity, romance, tragedy and of course the absurd all combine in this dark look at where we belong.

I will send you a copy of the first chapter I have written because I feel it is key for the artist to enjoy the work before they commit themselves to the work, its only fair if you don't get paid. I understand it is a great commitment to take on but it is an excellent way to work on your craft and get published in the process. This will be both rewarding and fun.
